KANCHO SHIGEO NAGAYAMA

Kancho Shigeo Nagayama has been practising karate in Japan since 1975. Kancho started training with the East-Tokyo Branch of the Kyokushin International Karate Organisation.

1983 (Apr) Kancho became a private Karate Pupil (Uchi-deshi) and took the special training course in the East-Tokyo Branch of the Kyokushin International Karate Organisation.

1986 (Aug) - 1990 (Apr) After the course Kancho became a full time Karate instructor with the East-Tokyo Branch of the Kyokushin scholarship association of the Kyokushin International Karate Organisation.

1990 (Apr) - 1998 (Aug) Kancho taught Karate in New Zealand for 8 years before coming to Brisbane Australia.

1999 (Jan) - 2003 (Apr) Kancho started his dojo operation under the Kyokushin Australia Organisation.

2003 (May) Kancho started his own organisation in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

1988 (May) - 5th All Japan National OpenWeight Tournament (Victory) (Number of entries 32)
